Standard: 3+ bedroom. Starting at $2400.

Upscale: 3+ bedroom. Starting at $3200 to $10,000+

One, two or 3 + car garages available, may or may not have pool, depending on current availability and price.

ALL PRIVATELY OWNED RENTALS REQUIRE 1st, last month, PLUS refundable security deposit equal to one month to move in.
Pet deposits may or may not be required.
